When I am buying a product I always look at the cheapest to most expensive option. However, I also look at how long the product will last. On these hair clips, in my opinion, it's all up to preference of color and texture. The hair clips are a matte texture and come in many colors. On the other hand, my local Dollar Tree has these exact type of hair clips for $1.25 each. I tested the dollar tree hair clips for a few weeks on durability. The dollar store ones held up in baths, softball games, and regular use. I then tested the amazon clips. They also held up during all of the activities I mentioned. However, the dollar tree clips started losing its matte texture due to my hairspray. The amazon clips kept their texture. The dollar store is lacking in their selection of hair clip colors as well. This led me in my decision to purchase the hair clips here. I really enjoy these and would highly recommend these if you want to look stylish on a budget. Everything came as pictured and I enjoyed my purchase.I have curly hair and I absolutely love these clips!! They hold my hair super well and sometimes I forget I’m even wearing them!! I’ve woke up and still had the clip in and it was in the same place!! Most clips can’t hold all my hair or move around too much, but not these. 10/10 will buy againI have the finest hair of anyone I’ve ever met. Seriously- I need to wrap ponytails 4 times if I don’t want the tie falling out, point being, these actually keep my hair up all day. It does not loosen, my hair does not slowly start falling out, it literally just stays there.I can’t speak for those with thick hair, but I can definitely speak for those with fine hair who have struggled their entire lives to find clips that actually stay in!Yeesssss!!!! Definitely a good purchase ?I ordered these after a friend told me about hers. I have a lot of hair, it's fine and thick. These hold perfectly and don't lose grip. I wear them every day! And you get 8 clips for the price of one in the stores near me.Bought these for my daughter and I to share. 3b / 4a keeps the hair in place and isn't cheaply made, sometimes when you open the clips they just snap or the springs pop out. My daughter has A LOT of hair and is rough with accessories but these are working out just fine. Would recommend.These clips are super affordable and cute! I ordered two different brands and like these ones better! The other brand felt like cheap plastic but these ones are a soft matte and seem more durable. So happy with my purchase!I have thick shoulder length hair and these stay up all day. I'm very happy with them. Mine did have some black rub marks as well but it hasn't been an issue. Just use magic eraser and it's good.
