I have grey shoulder length grey hair. It looks nice down when I sty le it but I want it up when I'm workig inhouse or garden. everything I have tried slips and is either too large or too small. My hair is finer and more sparce than before the grey and nothing works. these have a matte finisn and some fine points extending from inside the clip. they stay in place place with no apparent damage. Finaly an easy way to put my hair up.A very satisfying purchase. The quality of the items is great!Most clips are either too big or too tiny for my hair to hold. I have plenty, it's just thinner than most when I pull it up, even if I twist it. These are perfect!These clips do what they say. They stay in my hair well and do work for lifting a pony tail too.I give it 3 stars because although they hold well my hair, I find them hard to open , my fingers hurt from arthritis, you really have to squeeze hard in order to ope them. I like the different colors, very natural not flashy.Great little clips with pretty muted neutral colors. Does the job!I had to order these twice but they are super cute. They are pastel colors so light colored and they are durable.These clips are perfect for my hair. I have medium length, thin and fine hair. "Normal" size clips just fall out and let out strands. These clips are very secure, not only are they smaller, but they have an interesting twist that keeps the hair securely in the clip. The variety of colors is great, I like to use them to contrast my hair color for a fun pop.
