Hair was lightened to pale yellow with one application with their 20V developer for 45min-1hr. Then toned with wella T18.I really recommend this product with the developer. I have stubborn black hair it takes at least 3 times to bleach my hair to be a good yellow blonde. And plus it doesn't burn my scalp as much as other products I've used. But dont mind the ratchet hair. I'm fixing lmao. It's called work and progress.Came earlier than expected but shipping didnt seem to track correctly. Packaged well and good quality.
