I ordered the #4 hair in 20 inches and when I first took the hair out of the package I was very impressed. It seemed like really nice hair and the thickness was perfect for what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the color didn't match so I didn't try the hair on completely so that I could return for the darker shade of brown. Upon my return, the company reached out to me and was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure I had a great experience shopping with them. They responded promptly and were super nice about exchanging the pieces for me.Will finish my review once I receive the #2 darkest brown shade and try it on completely!The color was very accurate. Super easy to put in, and added the length and thickness that I was hoping for!I loved the hair but color was not right for me so had to return. I highly recommend!I loved the quality of the hair, looked beautiful. only thing was that the dark brown has a reddish tint to it. And lighter than expected. Not as pictured. I returned item and asked for replacement, specified the issue hoping I would get a darker shade since there was an option for aDarkest brown hoping it didn’t have a red tone. I received the exact same product same color as the first time. They obviously didn’t read my complaint. I will be sending back the second order.First of all, as you can see in the red circle the end of EVERY strand of this weft has a small black almost like melted plastic type end. Like if you held heat to synthetic fiber. The color is way off. And as you can clearly see, its thin af and it’s pretty rough and straggly. It feels synthetic. It tangles like synthetic and I’m pretty sure it is in fact synthetic or a blend thereof. Granted for the price you don’t expect Luxury extensions but you would at least like to feel that you’re getting what was advertised. Maybe it’s just the one I got, but just know that this price may reflect exactly what you’re getting.They were super easy to to put it and matched my hair almost perfectly. I have really thin hair so it wasn’t the easiest to hide them, especially when pulling my hair up but I think I managed ok :) I ordered a the double bundle but only used a little less than half-but again, superrrr thin hair.Nothing like pictured!! I ordered platinum and it looks like a yellow/orange color. It also feels like synthetic hair…very disappointed in this purchase.
