These clips are probably fine for long hair that is thin to medium thickness. I have thick and heavy hair and the clip teeth snapped on this clip the first time I used it.Love these huge clips because I have lots of thick hair. I left my last one in the mountains because I was using it as a curtain connector to keep out the light at night. Had to have another! This was the only company I could find that sold them so I grabbed one of each color. Love them and so happy I could find them!Just rightExcellent! Too bad u don't have a pair of large combs!
