These extensions were great for about two weeks and then they started getting matted. I maintained them properly and did everything I could to soften them back up but it didn’t work so I contacted customer service. They got back to me immediately and resolved the issue. I didn’t have any tape issues that other people have had. They stayed in my hair until I removed and came out easily with alcohol. I would recommend them.Good quality. Beautiful color. I layered my brown tape ins over the purple to keep the color subtle but brilliant. Can’t wait to try the next color!I have ordered from Ugeat for at least 5 years now. Ugeat has always had the best hair extensions and very affordable as well. The customer service has been the greatest. But this last order .... I got SHOCKED! Ugeat quickly fixed the issue of Amazon sending me the damaged extensions. UGEAT definitely is my favorite not only in half extensions but in customer service and hair color/qualityThis is my first time using tape in extensions. I have done micro loop and u tip and both damaged my hair pretty bad when taking them out. I shave the underneath of my head so I only have half a head to work with which make extensions a little difficult to place to begin with and my hair is fine to top it off. For a while I just switch to box braiding my hair but it's time consuming and I work a lot. I read tape in are good for fine hair. I spent days looking at different places and finally settled on these ones this place had better reviews and half the wait. The hair is super soft and for my first time went in fairly easy. I love the length and they send you extra tape although no instructions on how to replace it. They also send you information on how to get a discount the next time you order with them which is cool. I've gotten compliments on how natural it looks. I read an article on taking a flat iron to the tape for 1-2 seconds to help the tape last longer which I did which seems to secure the tape even better, so I'm not sure how it would've held up without but I'm on day 3 and they r holding great. I've been able to flat iron them as well and they don't tangle. So far I'm loving them and would go with this company again. I gave 4 stars simply bc of not giving instructions on how to change the tape and only bc i don't how long the tape will hold up since I'm just on my 3rd day but otherwise these are the best extensions I've tried so far!!! Oh for those wondering I used 40 on my hair which was two boxes I bought 3 what's also cool is in each box they give you an extra one I assume in case you mess up. I'm always worrying I don't have enough hair when I out extensions in and it doesn't look natural with these I don't feel that way. Def worth the money spent.So I changed my review from 4 stars to 5 because these extensions were great. The tape held up for a long time and they last for quite sometime. I actually ended up reusing them. After about 6 weeks I moved them up and kept them in for another 6 weeks. They still looked amazing and brand new and that was with washing them and using a straightener and a blow dryer on them. For me because my head is shaved putting my hair up was a challenge but if you have a full head of hair and they are placed correctly you will be fine. I would def use this company again. And any customer service questions needed the people are polite and helpful as can be.I got my hair extensions and had them put in and first of all they are so soft and smooth. They are easily brushed and look amazing. You cannot tell they are extensions they are just amazing . They are my favorite brand.These extensions look great and I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair since putting them in. I can let them air dry (which is one thing I love about quality extensions) and they end up in a pretty beachy wave look. Plus they don’t tangle easily, they’re silky, and after recently buying some other extensions that ended up looking terrible after the first wash I’m so glad I found these ❤️Absolutely love these tape ins, easy to install, and great quality!They do not stay in!! The second they got wet they all slid out!! Don't waste you money there are way better ones out there!Had problems with the tape ins and contacted seller and they were fast to find a solutions and help me with my problem :)Perfect .
